Stuart Johnson manages the butchery shop. Sales and deliveries are carried out by Stuart and 2
other butchers. Courtesy and attention to detail have assisted in making
this butcher shop so popular on the Mid North Coast.
You'll
appreciate the happy and carefree ambience in our shop. This is a really
nice place chat about the local news and share some good laughs. Life
wasn't meant to be always deadly serious and we love to interact with our
customers in a light-hearted manner.
Bulk
meat orders
Bulk orders such a full bodies, sides, quarters or meat packs are popular and are
very cost effective. The meat is packed in meal size packs (in plastic bags or trays) according to customer requirements.
They are then ready to place straight into the refrigerator or freezer after
delivery.
A
service to local Farmers
Many local farmers consign their own stock to the Johnsons' care. It is
then slaughtered, butchered and packed to the grower's personal
specifications before being delivered back to the grower's freezer.
